Se curata si se taie grapefruit-ul, apoi se amesteca impreuna cu rucola si avocado. Intr-un castron mic se amesteca sucul de grapefruit, lamaie, uleiul de masline ,1\/4 lingurita sare si 1\/4 lingurita piper.<\/p>\n<p>2. Se presara restul de sare si piper pe ambele parti ale bucatilor de somon. Se unge o tigaie cu un pic de ulei, se aseaza somonul cu pielea in jos si se lasa la foc moderat pana cand pielea devine aurie (aprox 4 min). Se intoarce cu grija, cu ajutorul unei spatule si se lasa pe foc inca 3 min. Fiecare bucata de somon se va rupe in 4 bucatele.<\/p>\n<p>Intr-un bol mare se adauga salata de rucola, avocado si grapefruit.
