Se asociaza: hiper- tonie spastica a extremitatilor, hidrocefalie, scurtarea metacarpi- enelor, flexie ireductibila a policelui spre paime, asimetrie fa-ciala, retardmental grav (Ql sub30), convulsii frecvente.
